Anemone Hermit Crab (Dardanus pedunculatus) by ElijahGuitberg This hermit crab attaches the anemone Calliactis polypus to it’s shell for protection, when it moves to a new shell, it removes the anemones from the old one and moves them to the new one.
Male gray reef sharks grow to about 185 cm (6.1 ft) in length, while females grow to about 190 cm (6.2 ft). Sexual maturity occurs around 120-140 cm (3.9-4.6 ft) for males and 125 cm (4.1 ft) for females.
